Debinha then one-touched it inside for McDonald's who sent the ball to the left side. This goal is McDonald's 50th career goal. This win earns the Courage league championship and places the team in the final stages of a long playoff run.

After scoring three goals in the last three matches, Trinity Rodman has been a focal point of the Thorns' offense. Her contributions to the U.S. national team system have been extensive over the years. She helped her country win CONCACAF under-20 title last March. Rodman was the star and gave us three chances. She was an integral part of the team's playmaking and found space between the backline to take one-on-one plays. She was also a brilliant defensive player, with nine recovery, an interception, three tackles and one tackle.
Kailen Sheridan makes seven career penalty saves for Wave FC
Kailen, Wave FC's goalkeeper, makes her seventh career penalty saving. Sheridan stopped three shots from San Diego and saved two more. On Sunday, the Wave lost 2-1 against the Kansas City Current. Amirah Ali scored Wave’s 88th-minute goal. MakenzyDoniak assisted Ali. Kansas City scored a penalty kick by CeCeKizer in the 27th minute to take the lead.

Alyssa Mauutz announced her retirement from NWSL on Tuesday. The Chicago Red Stars player in the midfield had played for them since 2003. On Wednesday, she announced her resignation. The league, which has struggled to attract transfer activity in recent seasons, will be left empty-handed. Alyssa Mautz was league's top scorer with 16 goals and 8 assists during her 10-year career.
