Sha'Carri Richardson

Sha'Carri is an American track and fields sprinter. She competes at the 100-meter as well as 200-meter. As a freshman at Louisiana State University she became a star, breaking the 100-meter mark in 10.75 seconds. Richardson is now an athlete full-time and is a role model for young girls around the world.

Allyson Feliz

Allyson Felix was an American track and fields athlete. She was first a 200-meter runner for nine years. Then she switched to the 400 meter sprint later in her career. She is now an inspirational figure for women who want to follow their dreams and holds a prominent place in the elite female athletes. Here are some fun facts on Felix. Robin Bone

A former high school track star, Robin Bone, turned 25 this week. She was an avid athlete as a teenager in nearly all forms of track and fields, from gymnastics to basketball to soccer. She was a top competitor since she was 15 years old, but had a concussion that forced her to withdraw. After making the decision to focus on track, she joined the Darien High School track club.


Nadine Broersen

Dutch track star Nadine Broersen is a world-class high jumper and heptathlon specialist. She holds a national record for high jump, and she is also the 2014 World Indoor pentathlon champion. Broersen competes for her track and field club, AV Sprint, in Breda. The club is home to several of the most prominent Dutch athletes. Broersen is a role model for young female runners, and she is also an accomplished track and field athlete.

Lolo Jones

Lori Susan "Lolo” Jones is an American hurdler. She is a skilled hurdler in both the 60-meter-and 100-meter distances. She has won three NCAA titles along with eleven All-American awards. She is one of the most important athletes of all-time. In addition to her outstanding athletic ability, Jones has a passion for running and loves to watch bobsled races.

Cathrine Larsasen

Norwegian pole vaulter Cathrine Larsasen was born on 5 December 1986. She has won the national pole vault competition three times in a row, and currently holds the record for both indoor and outdoor events. Larsasen increased her personal best by 0.54m during the last five years. Larsasen was the former world indoor pole vault champion and is a registered track star. She has won many awards.
