Allyson Felix won a gold medal at the women's 4x400m final and broke the Carl Lewis record. She became America's most decorated track and field athlete. Allyson Felix is an American athlete in track and field. She competed primarily at the 200m sprint between 2003 and 2013, but she switched to the 400m sprint later in life. She also competed as a member of the 100-meter and 4x100, 4x400 meter relays.

Allyson Felix's daughter, Camryn, was born seven weeks early on Nov. 28, 2018. She weighed just over three pounds and eight ounces and spent about a month in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). She is now doing well and she and her husband are actively promoting maternal health, better maternity protections, and better athlete contracts.

Olympic champion Allyson Felix has partnered with Athleta to make sure that U.S. Championships child care is accessible. Parents will have the option to provide child care for their athletes through the new program.
