After losing the fight in which she was first defeated, Nunes won her second bout by unanimous decision. It was the UFC's biggest upset in women's bantamweight.

Holly Holm has won over Irene Aldana. Germaine d'Randamie has declared her next fight a major affair. Both women are looking to defend their title. Germaine de Randamie reigns as the UFC women’s bantamweight champion. Pantoja is currently the featherweight champ.
Alexandra Shevchenko vs. Germaine de Randamie
Sportsbooks place Amanda Nunes ahead in this match. She has a long resume of dominating opponents with strength and size. She also excels in ground and pound. Nunes' last appearance was a defeat. Nunes was well-positioned to beat de Randamie, but she held her distance and peppered her with shots. The future of this division is unclear, though, so Shevchenko could look to make a run at the title in this fight. Shevchenko may stay at flyweight, though, for the time being.
Alexandra Vieira vs. Germaine de Randamie
Germaine de Randamie, a former women's champion in featherweight, is currently on a three-fight winning streak. She won the UFC title against Holly Holm in February but was later stripped of the belt after refusing to face Cris Cyborg. Germaine de Randamie had originally been scheduled to face Marion Reneau at UFC Rotterdam. However, the Brazilian pulled out because of injury.

Alexandra Shevchenko vs. Amanda Nunes
Shevchenko has fought Nunes twice. Shevchenko was defeated at bantamweight the second time. Shevchenko dropped to 125 lbs and won the title.
